Since we installed the Alacer Hotel Manager system we have been thoroughly impressed with the level of service we have received from them. From software to hardware support they have been exceptional. The system is very robust and I have never once had an issue with it crashing or causing a system failure. The development program has seen some features added that we ourselves had suggested, and this is truly great to see and not something I have witnessed elsewhere. The release of new and improved editions has also been steady ensuring that the product brings these improvements to the desktop swiftly.
