Traffic light calendars

The traffic light calendar is a new concept in management information showing both trend and detailed data in one display. Each traffic light calendar displays a three-month snapshot with week and month totals. The colours display red when below target white when on target and green when the target is beaten.

Calendar displays can be useful for spotting trends and patterns in statistics. The traffic light calendar contains a number of different statistics, making it a very flexible display for business control.

Gauges

• Gauges display a quick and easy to use view of occupancy today, this week and this month.

Revenue charts

• Revenue charts are available by month, by week, by day and by time.
• Compare occupancy levels with revenue, at a glance. The 'net revenue by month comparison to last year' display allows managers to easily see how their revenue is affected by occupancy while comparing all these figures to last year in the same chart.
• If managers prefer looking at the individual figures these are all displayed next to the chart.
