It considers not only whether the desired spa treatment or leisure activity is available, but also searches for available equipment, appropriately skilled technicians and facilities. This process is automated, so maximising your revenue is easy, and the risk of mistakes or inappropriate or double bookings is eliminated.
Day guest Management
Management of day guests can be complicated, with so many different packages to offer, including spa treatments, refreshments and relaxation time. Compiling the bill can also cause headaches, especially if guests wish to swap inclusive treatments for example or add extras. Alacer Leisure Manager makes managing your day guests easy. Leisure, restaurant and class reservations can be made using one simple reservations screen. The intelligent package system allows you to design unlimited inclusive packages, without the hassle. Leisure Manager will calculate which treatments, products and services are included in the chosen package, and which are not, without the need for manual intervention. If more expensive treatments are chosen, any difference will automatically be charged, as will any non-inclusive item.
Technician (therapist) skills and rota management
Technician rotas are critical to effective availability management. Alacer's rota engine enables flexible scheduling of the team using both regular and flexible work patterns. The intelligent rota planner even allows you to enter irregular absences such as meetings and lunch breaks, reducing the risk of overbookings whilst maximising availability. Therapist skills are managed using the skills matrix which allows new skills to be added to each therapist record as they are acquired. New classes can easily be booked; Leisure Manager will check availability of the relevant facilities, equipment, and an appropriately skilled technician, just as it does for all other reservations. This reduces the risk of mistakes and ensures all classes run smoothly. The planner also makes booking places for each class simple. Each class can have a set maximum number of attendees, and Leisure Manager automatically reduces the availability of places each time a booking is taken.
